The Beers
I am mostly going to be drinking “craft brews” this year. However, I just finished reading an interesting book by Maureen Ogle titled, Ambitious Brew. What this book made me realize is that beers I consider “shit” started off on the right track and probably had flavour back-in-the-day. So, in the name of exploration, I will revisit beers that I don’t often drink such as Budweiser, Miller, and PBR. I hope to do some blind tastings with some friends and more to explore these beers I deplore.
